The University sends out a link to an anonymous survey, one for faculty and one for staff. This is in addition to our ability to anonymously rate our chairs, deans, and provost.

Faculty and Staff senates review the results each year and set their agendas based on the results.

I've included the staff survey because i only had one space, but there are two separate surveys.
