Libby Newman, Director of Compensation and Benefits, provided the data required for this credit. All active students as of July 31, 2024 were included in the analysis, except student employees. Employees with duplicate positions were only counted once (for the total employee count that we use to determine the percentage of employees paid above the identified living wage), but we included all positions in the analysis. Libby also removed the temporary summer "research faculty" positions since these are all either student temp summer employees or faculty who hold full-time academic positions in addition to short-term summer positions.
