Optional Fields

A brief description of the institution’s efforts to support alternative fuel and power technology in its motorized fleet:

In summer 2021, UM Facilities Services made the decision to switch to using Enterprise Rental Car services instead of owning our own fleet of vehicles for employee travel and field trips. We still maintain ownership of vehicles for facilities staff (grounds crew, labor, electricians, carpenters, etc.) but no longer own vehicles for affiliate use. Our contract with Enterprise emphasizes that we prefer hybrid and fully electric vehicles be made available to university affiliates.
