The Leadership Development Program
The University of Missouri seeks nominations for the Leadership Development Program (LDP) each spring for a fall cohort. The LDP is an exciting year-long effort to provide leadership development opportunities and ongoing support to academic leaders on all four campuses.

President’s Academic Leadership Institute
The President's Academic Leadership Institute (PALI) provides professional development opportunities to leaders of academic and administrative units throughout the University of Missouri.

myLearn
myLearn's online learning and performance support is sponsored by the UM Office of Human Resources. This online offering is part of an ongoing commitment to the continuing development of faculty and staff. myLearn offers training resources in many areas, from highly technical topics to software application instruction, as well as business skills development and legal compliance awareness.
