Mizzou faculty, staff and students.

MU Campus Climate Study
The MU Campus Climate Study was a rigorous and comprehensive self-evaluation that provided new

for six groups: women, people of color, people with disabilities, LGBT individuals, and non-Christian religious
minorities, and non-native English speakers.

Cultural Competency and Leadership
Are we as leaders of a prominent public, land-grant and comprehensive research university able to take up the
challenge posed by Dr. Duderstadt to be an active participant in paving the way for a more engaged and inclusive
multicultural institution? Workshops in this series will explore: Understanding culture as dimensions of values;
Reconciling values that are in tension with each other using dilemma theory; Understanding that “wealth” is
created through reconciling value differences; and Building cultural intelligence.

Custom Training and Workshops
Our office provides education and assistance on institutional matters of equity and compliance, leadership and development through the offering of training and workshops. Our professional staff is also available to all divisions on campus to assess, advise, guide and coach the change process in developing a multicultural, inclusive and global organization.
