A brief description of the institution’s assurance process:
OOS contacted Muzzy to serve as a Reviewer. Muzzy was given access to the UMN Morris STARS reporting systems. Muzzy reviewed each credit and provided feedback via the AASHE STARS provided template. OOS staff (Troy Goodnough) responded to feedback provided by the Reviewer. Reviewer examined responses from OOS and responded, if necessary. Reviewer and OOS had a final review discussion about any remaining credits of concern. The process for review took the Reviewer about 15 hours and the OOS about 5 hours.
