Our sustainability office focuses on the following areas:
coordination; accountability and reporting, communications; messaging and In-reach; education and training; faculty and staff support; innovation, program creation and development; outreach and community engagement; culture change. There are typically about 5-15 interns working between 5-10 hours per week.

A brief description of the activities and substantive accomplishments of the institution-wide coordinating body or officer during the previous three years:
The UMN Morris has a sustainability committee (aka UMN Morris Green Team), an Office of Sustainability, staffed by several students, and a full-time sustainability director. Together, this team has supported the implementation of a new composting program with the county, a new e-bike program, new sustainability leadership program, and more. The Office of Sustainability reports directly to the Chancellor of the university.
