UMN Morris's contracts with Sodexo to provide our Dining Services. UMN Morris requested a full year of food purchasing data from 2019. We sorted expenditures based on category. This reporting focuses on plant-based expenditures. Sodexo does source food sustainability from several suppliers. We are not including this information in our inventory yet.
