Backyard Phenology Project

A brief description of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome that outlines how credit criteria are met and any positive measurable outcomes associated with the innovation:
The Backyard Phenology project was an intersection of water and equity through community engagement through advances in research and education. This was accomplished through community engagement, interdisciplinary scholarship, and graduate training. The project was aimed at addressing the root causes of water and equity challenges. This specifically helped produce solutions for the complex and interlinked challenges of water and equality.
