This data only covers undergraduate course offerings. The courses above were obtained searching the Electronic Course Approval System to find those labeled with the U's Environment Theme Designation (see ER 5 for more information on the sorting process). In order to obtain an undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota, students must take at least one course that meets the Environment Theme Liberal Education requirement. The list of courses provided for this credit all fulfill an Environment Theme requirement. While the University may not have a large percentage of Sustainability-focused courses, all students seeking undergraduate degrees from the University of Minnesota are required to take one of these courses.
