Which of the following features are present on campus and which are included within the institutional boundary?:

The rationale for excluding any features that are present from the institutional boundary:
UMD aimed to be as inclusive as possible in reporting our STARS data. This submission reflects data for our entire main campus, and also includes research and other facilities near our campus as well, including the Natural Resources Research Institute, the Large Lakes Observatory (the Research Lab Building), the Research and Field Studies Center (the farm), and the Glensheen Mansion (museum). The Blue Herron Vessel is included in the emissions inventory and building square footage, but not within the total campus acreage due to it being a moveable asset. The institutional boundary does not include leased space, buildings that we own that are on leased land, or property outside of Duluth. The Talmadge River Biological Research Area was also not included because no active research and or maintenance is known to occur on the site.
Optional Fields
Data source(s) and notes about the submission:
Coleraine Minerals Research Center was previously recorded in STARS, but was removed for this submission because it an geographically an outlier.
