Data source(s) and notes about the submission:
This data is excluding student employees, all other regular UMD employees are
included, including some that roll up to the TC. Reference ticket number (RT: 181490) for the ES/ITSS Team who collaborated on reporting by FinOps. There are 22 people listed as having an hourly rate of $0/hr, which is an error in the data. If excluding these people the % making a living wage goes up to 78.74%. These people would not have been excluded when this was last done in 2019/2020 and so we have decided to include them for consistency.
