The University of Minnesota signed in 2008. The link provided is for the Worker Rights Consortium website. On the list of signatories is the University of Minnesota -- referring to the U of M system and all of its campuses. UMD is part of the University of Minnesota system and is subject to this affiliation. The U of M often makes commitments that are consistent across the system and do not require each campus to sign-up. Typically, these decisions are made by the Regents. Or, often by President of the University of Minnesota level. https://www.workersrights.org/affiliate-schools/
