All University of Minnesota employees can get help finding child care from Career/Life Alliance Services (CLAS), a free child care resource and referral information service. CLAS can help you with your child care search by providing:
• Quick access to current openings in licensed child care
•Locating care for special circumstances, including sick-child care, drop-in care, and temporary care
•Information to help you evaluate child care programs
•Guidance on performing a child care provider background check
•Tips for communicating with your provider
•Tips for preparing your child for child care
