Although much of our campus meets the majority of the categories for LEED O+M, we only included the spaces that have been through LEED for New Construction (and are more than 3 years old.) This leaves just one building, Life Sciences Building, 85,975 sq ft, which was certified 4 years ago under LEED NC, in the Silver category. Ongoing Operations and Maintenance of this building continue to meet LEED requirements.
