All water around UTOC is stored in a holding pond. The parking lot next to Centennial is directed in a holding pond prior to going in to the storm water system

This Operational Plan (Plan) details manure and stormwater management practices, and incident response procedures to be implemented at the University Teaching and Outreach Center (UTOC) to comply with Minnesota Feedlot Rules (Ch. 7020). This Plan includes additional requirements as outlined in a Notice of Violation Letter issued on 3/21/2014 to UMC by the West Polk County Feedlot Officer regarding findings of noncompliance at Site
