A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation:
Between 12/1/2022 to 11/30/2023, there were 38 new employees. Two of the employees were provided information on the Green Office program along with our benefit handouts during orientation. All other employees were sent the information post-orientation as a part of the first year onboarding process. The Green Office Program covers multiple dimensions of sustainability from recycling to saving energy and more.
