Of the institution's uncertified building space, what percentage of floor area is maintained in accordance with a published indoor air quality (IAQ) management policy or protocol? (0-100):
100

A copy of the IAQ management policy or protocol:
The website URL where the IAQ policy/protocol may be found:
Of the institution's uncertified building space, what percentage of floor area is maintained in accordance with a published green cleaning policy, program or contract ? (0-100):
60

A copy or the green cleaning policy:
A brief description of how green cleaning is incorporated into cleaning contracts:

No specific policy for green cleaning, even though our contractor uses its Green Cleaning guidelines in 60% of our buildings

Of the institution's uncertified building space, what percentage of floor area is maintained in accordance with an energy management or benchmarking program? (0-100):
100

A brief description of the energy management or benchmarking program:

A 3-month analysis of Electricity and Natural Gas consumption is done, which is compared to the same period of time (3-months) of the previous year. A threshold of +/-10% is set, and any variances greater of less than this is investigated for their variance drivers.

Specific to the School of Medicine campus:
All buildings are currently supplied with 40-41F chill water that provide indoor air RH levels below 60%. The majority of our facilities are wet lab type facilities with outdoor air (OA) requirements ranging for 60%-100%. Most of the areas require 6 air exchanges driven by laboratory fume hood volumes or vivarium where air exchange rates range between 10 and 12 per hour. At the moment Energy Use Intensity is tracked since 2013 for bench marking purposes. Overall $/ton-hour is tracked at the district cooling facility daily as well as Kw/ton efficiency.

Of the institution's uncertified building space, what percentage of floor area is maintained in accordance with a water management or benchmarking program? (0-100):
100

A brief description of the water management or benchmarking program:

A 3-month analysis of water consumption is done, which is compared to the same period of time (3-months) of the previous year. A threshold of +/-10% is set, and any variances greater of less than this is investigated for their respective variance drivers

Monthly water consumption is tracked using our ECOVA billing platform and notification services. Higher than average consumption is reported to management when meter readings exceed 10% percent above prior years readings.
