A brief description of each certified dining hall or food service outlet, including the year the certification was achieved and/or renewed:
McGauvran Dining Commons on South Campus became a 3 Star Certified Green Restaurant in 2016. We have implemented 71 environmental steps and achieved 253.32 GreenPoints. It has met the certification requirements, uses a comprehensive recycling system, and uses no styrofoam.
