A brief description of the methodology the institution followed to complete the research inventory:
To collect information on research staff, the chairs from each department were contacted to report all faculty and staff involved in research in the last three years and identify those involved in sustainability research. Sustainability research was determined using several methods. A list of sustainable keywords, the United Nations 17 Sustainable Development Goals, and AASHES definition for sustainability were used as criteria to identify sustainability research. The list of researchers were then reviewed for accuracy and consistency.
