During the 2012-2013 academic year, a Work Group on Water Use and Watershed Protection began meeting to investigate water use on campus and make policy recommendations to the University Sustainability Council. The Work Group's recommendations are likely to include some water use reduction goals. The Work Group is expected to present to the University Sustainability Council in Fall 2013.
