The University of Mary Washington (UMW) partners with the City of Fredericksburg, Fredericksburg Food Co-op, and Virginia Cooperative Extension/Master Gardeners to promote sustainability. These collaborations focus on environmental conservation, sustainable food systems, waste reduction, and community education, reflecting UMW’s commitment to local sustainability efforts.
