Learning and Organizational Development at the University of Manitoba organizes programs for staff sustainability professional development. Some of the sustainability professional development courses they offer include Safety for Supervisors, Dealing with Conflict, Building Resiliency, Mental Health First Aid, Live Well @ Work, Crucial Conversations, Coaching for Change, etc.
The University also implemented required accessibility training for all University staff in 2017.
