A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation (including examples from the previous three years):
The University contracted an independent research consulting company who crafted the questions for a survey called "It's All About Us: Employee Experience Survey". A total of 1440 respondents participated in the survey. Survey was emailed to all staff and anonymity was built into the mechanism.
