We send a survey out to all students to complete. The survey is sent via email and also available on the University's social media accounts. The Spring 2020 survey got 4% of student responses and we extrapolate that data to apply to the entire campus. The survey was sent in April 2020 and students were asked to respond based on their method getting to class before stay at home orders were in place. They are given three weeks to complete the survey.
