A brief description of the single-use disposable plastics that have been banned or eliminated:
The University has banned single-use disposable polystyrene food and beverage containers from our Sodexo dining facilities and catering services, as well as plastic bags and straws (unless requested by or for people with disabilities). When the COVID-19 pandemic required a shift in operations to ONLY to-go dining services, the University purchased to Ozzie reusable to-go system for all campus dining operations.
