Data source(s) and notes about the submission:
UL Lafayette is not currently a member of the WRC, FLA or an equivalent independent monitoring and verification organization. However, through the University's licensing agency, CLC, UL Lafayette has adopted a labor rights code of conduct in its agreements with the licensees who produce its logo apparel. The University's licensees are required to sign this agreement in order to produce merchandise featuring University logos or verbiage. The CLC addresses the requirements of both the Fair Labor Association (FLA) and the Workers' Rights Consortium (WRC), requiring Licensees to comply in full with the affiliation requirements of the FLA’s Collegiate Licensee Program and cooperate with the WRC. These can be found in section #14.F.(v) and (vi) of the CLC.
