A brief description of how and when the cultural assessment(s) were developed and/or adopted:

We sent our first cultural assessment in the Fall of 2020 by adding 5 questions to the annual survey sent to all Freshman students by the Office of First Year Experience. The purpose of this assessment is to measure student's experience with and success of Freshman programming like Convocation, Cajun Connection, UNIV 100. We have incorporated questions to measure exposure to sustainability topics during the first month of school as well as student's interest and behaviors related to different areas of sustainability.
