Work+Life Connections is a voluntary, confidential counseling and referral service that provides support for UK individuals, couples, and families. Additionally, we offer training for supervisors and departments, plus support groups. We offer individual counseling at no-cost. UK Wellness also provides programs on everything from health coaching to an employee-dedicated fitness center to personal consults to ongoing mindfulness classes.
