Has the institution conducted a survey or other evaluation that allows for anonymous feedback to measure employee satisfaction and engagement during the previous three years?:
Yes

Percentage of employees (staff and faculty) assessed, directly or by representative sample (0-100):
100

A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:

The Office of Work-Life and Human Resources worked with an external professional services firm, Towers Watson, to conduct an employee engagement survey for campus-based employees. UK HealthCare also participates in an annual employee engagement survey administered by Press Gainey.

A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation (including examples from the previous three years):

The results of the survey are shared with UK leadership as well as every department chair, director, and dean. Based on these results, each leader will be held accountable by their UK leadership (e.g. President, Provost, EVPFA) for choosing 1-4 items or themes from their survey results to address and have an action plan in place. This is the first year that we have administered the Towers Watson survey.
