Narrative:
The University of Kentucky main campus in Lexington is more than 800 acres and includes all of our professional schools, three hospitals, major sports complexes and a 100 acre arboretum. Our agricultural holdings throughout the state include more than 20,000 acres of forest, farm and grass lands.
As a land grant institution we also operate a Cooperative Extension Service that owns an office in all 120 counties in the Commonwealth. We also own miscellaneous facilities around the state, including clinics and a summer camp. The extension offices and the miscellaneous facilities are not included in this report.
