A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction:
The UK@Work work-life survey is a full-census survey administered every 4-5 years to all UK employees. The survey measures commitment, burnout, work-life support, inclusivity and perceptions of disparate treatment. In addition to the Office of Work-Life, there is a work-life advisory council that analyzes the survey results and advises senior administration on improving work-life at the university.
