The Institutional Research and Academic Career Development Award (IRACDA) Post-Doctoral Program is sponsored by the Office for Diversity in Science Training. IRACDA provides 3 years of support to fellows in various science research fields to assist in training and preparation for research and teaching careers in academia. The goals of the program are to enhance research skills by providing mentored research experiences while developing teaching skills through assignments that promote the advancement of under-represented minorities.

- An unique teaching opportunity at Haskell Indian Nations University, a local four-year tribal college
