Does the institution allow commuters to cash out of parking spaces (i.e., it pays employees who do not drive to work)?:
No
None
A brief description of the program:
Parking passes are sold for all except handicapped and metered parking on campus; no commuters (faculty, staff or students) are allowed to park without payment. The institution does not have any free parking spaces for employees.
This is not exactly "cash out of parking spaces", but in effect is the same thing: all employees who do not drive to work do not have to pay for the parking passes.
