A brief description of the program:
Student fees and parking fees support KU on Wheels, the campus transit service, which provides free transit services to surrounding areas, as well as a shuttle between the main campus and the Park and Ride facility on west campus. KU on Wheels and the City of Lawrence Transit System operate a coordinated service, allowing faculty, staff, and students with a KU Card to board any bus without a fare or bus pass. No ID or fare is required for any on-campus bus stop.
