The University of Iowa's Staff Council is a shared governance body that operates in conjunction with the Faculty Senate and Student Government. UISC seeks to maximize the opportunities for participation of staff members at all levels including volunteering staff time. UISC lists staff volunteering opportunities on its website and records service hours completed by staff.
