We currently use SIMAP as our designated tool. Business travel data is pulled from our internal accounting systems; commuting data extrapolated from campus commuting mode share survey proportions; waste calculated from campus data.

Yes

A brief description of the GHG inventory verification process:

Yes - internal staff from Facilities and Services and Physics who were not part of the GHG account and reporting process verified the information and methodology prior to our submission to Second Nature's reporting platform. All reductions are audited on an annual basis through a thorough external audit from Second Nature.
