Assessment developed by Institute for Sustainability, Energy, and Environment pulling from successful efforts such as those by The Ohio State University and the University of Maryland. Students were also heavily involved in the development of this survey.

Survey is complete and will be distributed campuswide through a Chancellor Massmail. Previous survey was completed late spring 2019 (assessment was developed by our office of sustainability's Education and Outreach team).
A brief summary of results from the literacy assessment(s):
Results will be compiled and analyzed by the end of the spring semester 2022. Our previous assessment was administered less than three years ago (assessment was administered to students in environmental classes as well as general seminar classes in general education requirements. The same students received the assessments at the beginning and end of the semester, and samples were broken up by course to track on a somewhat granular level the impact in sustainability education).
