A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:
College of Nursing survey: Survey was disseminated to assess perceptions of the college climate including: inclusiveness, diversity, fair working practices, facilities and resources, mentorship and development, communication, workload, and microagressions. The report was disseminated to the faculty, staff, and student college listserves.
Vice Chancellor for Administrative Services sent an employee satisfaction survey to 1386 employees and had a 31% response rate.

A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:
A summary report of faculty, staff, and student responses was compiled and disseminated to the college. Results were shared with faculty, staff, and student representatives and committees who addressed the issues for their respective groups (eg. presentation of seminars, procedural changes). A follow up survey for VCAS is expected in 2021
