the Office of Diversity supports multiple training opportunities in addition to the Cultural Dialogues. The Office of Diversity (OOD) also hosts the Inclusive Classroom Initiative, with nearly a dozen workshops in development for professional development of faculty and staff to improve teaching and learning with international students, students with disabilities, etc. The OOD also works with the new Center for the Advancement of Teaching Excellence (CATE) to offer workshops that address cultural competency, internal bias, anti-racism, and social capital, e.g., "Disability Justice and Access-Centered Pedagogy in the Pandemic," "Teaching for Equity and Social Justice," or "Inclusive and Equitable Teaching Practices."

Cultural Dialogues Initiative is a program of group workshops focused on race and gender, social identity, and professional student development. Additional programming is supported by the OOD and other offices, e.g., Vice Provost for Undergraduate Affairs, Office of Access and Equity, Vice Provost Faculty Affairs, etc.
