Yes
Which of the following best describes the cultural assessment? The assessment is administered to::
The entire campus community (students and employees) directly or by representative sample
Which of the following best describes the structure of the cultural assessment? The assessment is administered::
Without a follow-up assessment of the same cohort or representative samples of the same population
A brief description of how and when the cultural assessment(s) were developed and/or adopted:
This assessment was developed during March and April of 2019, and deployed in May to the entire campus community (although there was a focus on in-office employees; so, for example, building engineers and grounds department workers might not have been included due to their work across campus). The survey received IRB exemption as it was not formal research.

A brief description of how representative samples were reached (if applicable) and how the cultural assessment is administered:
Representative samples were reached by explicitly forbidding ecoreps and ccse audiences to take the survey, and instead employing ecoreps to pass the survey along to their units. UIC office employees were targeted and identified through their responses, but others were not prohibited from taking the survey. The cultural assessment was administered through self-reporting by the survey respondents. There was no follow-up assessment of the same cohort.
