The methodology for tracking local sustainable purchases is as follows:
1. Gather all available data from suppliers for the following time period: June 2021 - November 2021, which is the current length of our contract. 2. Determine which products are local/community-based/plant-based or certified using knowledge of the products purchased, item descriptions and information from suppliers.
