Yes

Percentage of employees (staff and faculty) assessed, directly or by representative sample (0-100):
100

A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:

An anonymous census survey is conducted separately to staff every 2 - 4 years by the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment. Surveys address a wide range of topics including facilities, work environment, benefits and job satisfaction. Faculty satisfaction surveys are conducted by HERI every 3 years.

A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation (including examples from the previous three years):

Faculty issues are address by relevant Faculty Senate committees. Staff issues are forwarded to the Staff Affairs committee for discussion and resolution. If specific issues are identified (parking for example) those issues are forwarded to the appropriate department for resolution if possible. Family tuition reduction is an example of an employee (faculty and staff) issue that was identified in the survey and resolved through the proper mechanisms.
