UH has a partnership with Urban Harvest, an organization that focuses on youth education gardening and nutrition classes to explore healthy nutrition, food systems, native habitats and ecosystems at Houston-area schools. UH will provide classroom space, free of charge and Urban Harvest will provide organic gardening advice, articles, and donations for our UH Community Garden in return. This relationship has been ongoing for several years. The partnership works towards teaching others regarding the importance of environmental stewardship and urban organic methods. http://urbanharvest.org/

The UH Office of Sustainability is an active member and partner of the Citizens Environmental Coalition. UH pays annual dues for the past four years and in return the Citizens Environmental Coalition assists with promotion of events of sustainability related events and communication city wide. Citizens Environmental Coalition will also collaborate with various sustainability related events throughout the year. http://www.cechouston.org/

The UH Women and Gender Resource Center on campus is an ongoing member and partners with Houston's Dress for Success.
