A brief description of the key components of the custom OHSMS:

UHD EHS does not follow OSHA, as UHD is a state agency and does not follow under their ruling, but is it advised to follow as a guide. With that said we can modify our programs that fall under OSHA. We are required to follow State and Federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations and mandates. As part of the EPA Peer Audit UHD was asked to develop an Environmental Management Plan or combine it with Occupational Safety.
