A brief description of the methodology used to complete the course inventory :

Sustainability-designated courses are courses that the WCC Sustainability Curriculum Committee approves based on the syllabus. Sustainability-designated courses qualify for credit towards the Sustainability Academic Subject Certificate. The designation is only awarded to courses that follow the following guidelines:
- A significant component of readings, assignments, and other course materials address environmental topics.
- The course teaches students to think critically and examine environmental challenges and debates on an international, national, and local level.
- Students learn the underlying causes of environmental challenges and explore ways to address these challenges.

WCC course registration webpage has a menu of Sustainability-designated courses to choose from per semester and the courses are coded as S-designated by the registrar's office. We contacted the registrar and asked for the following information:
-All classes offered in Fall 2021, Spring 2022, and Summer 2022
-Course title, class section, department (or equivalent)
-Is the course designated Sustainability-Focused (SF)
-Is the course designated Sustainability-Related (SR)
-Course descriptions for SF and SR classes

We then formatted the data to meet the requirements for AC-1.

How were courses with multiple offerings or sections counted for the figures reported above?:
