The Purchasing data is from 2021 which is not considered a 'normal' year for HonCC. In a "normal" year IT would plan and purchase based on our campus allocation. With the availability of CARES funding which substantially increased funding, HonCC decided to purchase infrastructure and program expansion equipment that would normally not be afforded without CARES funding.
