Research is not considered in promotion or tenure decisions as a matter of policy or standard practice.
The University of Hawaii system which Honolulu CC is a part of does have a UH digital repository. This holds items that the campus wants to make available to the general public: accreditation documents and old course catalogs. At this time no scientific articles of any kind from any UH system researcher are housed here however there is the capability to do so.
All of Honolulu CC Professor, John Delay's articles are readily available to the public via his Google Scholar page and his bio link within the Honolulu CC webpage.
Enrolled students, staff, and faculty are able to go into any library and look up scientific articles on the research databases that the UH system pays for such as Pubmed. Most students however search by keyword more than by their professor's name. This is however not open to the public.
