Using the STARS 2.2 Review Template, each credit was first reviewed for data outliers or inconsistencies. If any outliers or inconsistencies existed, the credit was either reviewed along with the supporting material ensure the score was supported by the material provided or the credit was noted for revision. Any supporting materials, plans, website URLs, or inventories were reviewed to meet STARS 2.2 criteria, along with affirmative responses to ensure responses were properly supported.
