The University of Guelph provides a commercial car-share to students, faculty, staff and community members to support ride sharing.

Community CarShare is accessible to users in Parking Lot 31 (P31).

A brief description of the incentives for fuel efficient vehicles:
The University is committed to supporting the adoption of zero-emission vehicles. 25 Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Stations are available free of charge across campus. The EV Charging Stations are generally located close to the core of campus next to preferred parking and metered spots.

The Electric Vehicle Charging Stations are Level 2 to provide a quick charge. The Electric Vehicle Charging Stations are free of charge to use with the purchase of a parking permit or can be accessed by visitors through PayByPhone.

A discounted bus pass is available to staff to encourage the use of public transportation.

A Universal Bus Pass is provided to student employees through their tuition. The bus pass provides access to Guelph Transit.
